This dramatic and deeply romantic ring features a beautifully carved, vintage cameo from Italy prong set in oxidized sterling silver with a split shank band in 18k yellow gold. The cameo depicts a feminine profile, draped in a floral accented bodice, with a sly smile and delicate curls in her hair. The ring measures approximately 30 x 25mm, and sits about 7mm high on the finger. The back of the ring tapers to a very comfortable 3.5mm band.
