Why We Love It
There is so much antique history to love in this charming ring. It's a classic antique "boat ring," named for its distinctive side profile that resembles the hull of a small ship. The head features a horizontal navette (which translates to "little ship") silhouette, and is paired with lovely gallery scrollwork and hand-engraved detailing on the shoulders. The varying tones of the red rubies mixed with the rich 18 karat yellow gold feel incredibly luxe. To top it all off, we were also thrilled to find crisp English hallmarks alongside the maker's mark for W & F Rabone, an early 1900s Birmingham goldsmith.
