The Asteria dressing gown is a classic piece, the ideal silk robe you will want to live in. The essential shape has been perfected for a flattering and comfortable fit, most notably at the shoulder, and the addition of a sewn-on belt. It is a long, full length kimono-style dressing gown, but with a more feminine shape. The ankle length feels incredibly sumptuous, as do the long sleeves.
Asteria is the titan goddess of dreams and oracles, and is often depicted as having long flowing hair, and dressed in robes. She was thought to be “of the stars” with a beauty “aspirational and radiant” like the stars in the sky, with the ability to send prophetic dreams.
