This instructor training was created for multi unit gyms that would like to add BOX & BUILD/ BOXING & BARBELLS class to their schedule. If you are a trainer at a multi-unit gym, this course is what you need to teach Box & BUILD. Does not include instruction on mitt work and some other elements that you get in the original B&B Level 1 course.
