The original locking mechanism still works perfectly, allowing you to open and close the necklace at the front or use the newer clasp at the back. We absolutely love the unique trillion cut shape and saturated green hue of the emerald, especially paired with the standout rope texture surrounding the gems. Plus, on the reverse side of the pendant, there is a hidden surprise- openwork metal in the shape of a butterfly, a deeply meaningful symbol for many people.
